What can I do with Cinnamon Leaves? I have a plant (bought it think I could have my own cinnamon sticks, turns out that it requires a lot of skill and knowledge to make those from the plant) However, I do know that you can use the leaves, but I don't know any recipes that use them. Anyone got any good ideas?

Does anyone have a pink grapefruit sorbet recipe that can be made without an icecream maker? I went on holiday with my partner to Jersey, and the hotel served a small portion of pink grapefruit between courses. It was heavenly, but I have not found a recipe. Anyone help me out?

A lovely simple dish that can act as a lightish meal on it's own, or for a bigger meal, serve with seasonal veg. You can replace the cod with any other firm fleshed white fish
Courgette and Pea Soup

If you ever have too many courgettes, this is a recipe for you. This is served best when fresh (as it keeps a lovely fresh green colour), but can be frozen.
Easy No Cook Cheesecake

I love making cheesecake and I have many recipes for them. However, this is a simple no cooking required cheesecake that I got off the back of a tate and lyle syrup tin many years ago. It is slightly calorific!!!
Courgette and Lime Cake

A lovely moist cake, similar in texture to carrot cake. It's very much a Summer cake - tastes super fresh and nicely zingy!
Butternut Squash Gumbo

A mild but spicey Gumbo which is a type of stew from the New Orleans area of the USA. This is very tasty and very simple to make. Serve with a jacket potato; rice, crusty warm bread, or cous cous
