I've just made a good big batch of marmalade, and have several seville (sorry couldn't resist) oranges left. Any other imaginative uses for them? Would an orange curd work, do you think? I have a clementine curd recipe, but this rather supposed you'd get a good bit of juice- which you tend not to with sevilles. What d'you think? Thanks!
