paint this on your cake tins , need to be softened to use. It will prevent cakes and slices from becoming stuck in the tins.

Hi all,

I would like to share with you my recipe for wine vinegar .. I made the vinegar in an old fish bowl .. I started with 1 bottle of home made wine plus 1 bottle of water, I added 1/2 cup of raw cider vinegar, covered the  bowl with muslin and a towel to keep out the light . I added another 3 bottles of wine and 3 of water, as soon as I could see it was going to work . It brewed away for about 4 weeks, kept visitors away, Husband gaging, lol, not quite as bad as that, but it did smell .. I noticed one morning it didn't smell as strong, on looking the mold on the top of the bowl had sunk .. It tasted divine, I am so rapt with it .. I would be tempted to buy a cask of wine for my next lot as my Husband likes my home brewed wine, as wine . Mind you any home made wine that wasn't that nice could be turned into a nice vinegar . Has anyone made malt vinegar ? Would you share your recipe please...Cheers
